*Fake full names are also disallowed, as we cannot verify whether they are real or not.

SOCIAL MEDIA, MESSENGERS, URLS
- NO sharing of any social media accounts.
- NO sharing of external messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, Kik, etc.).
- NO links to external websites, do not mention external websites.
- NO attempts to bypass URL filters (e.g. "ch a t-pic.or /r/").
- NO professional URLs (e.g. OnlyFans) in your profile unless you are a Diamond VIP.
- NO selling of products/goods unless you are Diamond VIP.

PHOTOSHOP, AI, SCREENSHOTS
- Generative or AI-modified content is only allowed if it depicts your wife/gf or a verified online cuck.
- AI images must be posted in the AI Room only.
- Collages and magazine-style covers are allowed in the main room.
- NO watermarked or logo-stamped images.
- No image thumbnails or gallery previews. Minimum picture size: 800x600 pixels.
- NO screenshots of folders or collections.

BEHAVIOUR AND MISC
- ENGLISH only.
- MALE/dick pics only in LGBTQI+ or Tribute Room.
- NO flooding, trolling, scamming, or spam.
- Flooding or spam may result in your level/kudos being reset to zero.
- MODS decide what qualifies as flooding/trolling.
- DO NOT use ALL CAPS (shouting).
- NO political discussions.
- MODS reserve the right to delete anything deemed unsuitable, distasteful, or unsafe.

ROOM RULES
- Dick pics or tributes ONLY in the Pride or Tribute Room.

VIOLATIONS OF RULES
- Violation of LEGAL RULES = Instant ban without warning.
- Violation of OTHER RULES = Kick or mute (first offense), ban for repeat offenses.
- MODS decide the level of violation and the consequences.

QA = "Questionable Age": If she appears too young and we cannot confirm she is 18+, it will be considered QA and result in a ban. Discussions like "but she's 19" are not acceptable. If it looks questionable, it's banned.

How we handle posting, reposting, and reports:

INTERNAL REPOST POLICY
- You may repost only if the cuck is present and has explicitly agreed.
- Always tag or mention the original uploader to avoid confusion.
- Unauthorized reposting = logged warning.

EXTERNAL REPOSTING
- We have no control over external platforms and do not moderate off-site reposts.
- Profile disclaimers such as "do not download" have no legal effect; other users are not required to read or accept them before using this chat.

REPORT POLICY
- First, contact the user directly if reposting occurs without permission and ask for takedown.
- Avoid public arguments or drama in the chat.
- Please report repost or ownership issues only through our official channel at 321cuckold.com/report. Moderators cannot review or decide repost disputes in chat.
- Always read the liability section: Your Risk of Sharing – Your Liability before filing a report.

NON-CONSENSUAL CONTENT REMINDER
We take non-consensual content extremely seriously. Uploading or reposting any picture, clip, or screenshot of a person who has not clearly consented is strictly forbidden. If you ever see material that you believe may be non-consensual, please report it immediately using the flag icon or contact a MOD.

DOUBLE ACCOUNTS POLICY
- You may maintain one account per role (e.g. one Bull and one Cuck account).
- A third account requires a ticket and approval before creation.
- Transferring gold, kudos, or assets between your own accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all balances being reset to zero.

MODERATOR ACTIONS
- Mute: temporary posting restriction (5 min – 2 hours) for minor first-time violations.
- Kick: temporary removal (10 min – several days) for moderate or repeated issues.
- Ban: permanent removal for severe violations of Legal Rules or Post Policy.

Uploaded pics policy

Never share your pictures anywhere on the internet if you don't want them to be downloaded by others.

We provide a platform for verified users and do our best to maintain a respectful, secure space. However, we do not want to give you a false sense of security: we can never fully protect your pictures from being downloaded or used.

Never share pictures on the internet — including here — unless you are fully comfortable with the risk of them being saved, downloaded, or reposted by others.

Please be aware:
- All participants in the chat can download any image you upload.
- This includes verified rooms — even verified users may save your pictures.
- While most users are respectful, we cannot guarantee anyone’s behavior.

We cannot be held responsible for reposts that occur because of your own picture sharing. Once something is posted in chat, we have no control over what others might do with it.

We also cannot moderate reposts that occur on external websites or platforms. We do not act on reports of external reposting — the internet is beyond our control. Instead of pretending we can protect you everywhere, we prefer to be honest: there is always risk in sharing content online.

Take full responsibility for what you choose to share. These are your images, not ours. You are the one posting your wife or girlfriend's pictures in a public space. 321cuckold is not liable for others downloading, saving, or reposting your content.

Any profile disclaimers like “do not download” are not enforceable and carry no legal weight. This is because other chatters are not required to read them before joining and are not required to accept them in order to continue (as you must do with these rules.)

Ranks explained - A rank for every individual !

Verified pic owner
The rank for cuckold hubbies, non-single male who like to share pics of their wife or girlfriend. Verified pic owners have proven to be the original pic owner. We do not allow random "web pics" and we do not encourage exposure. The process is simple; proof us you have acces to room where the original pic has been taken. You receive the "trustworthy" anti-fake status.

Trusted reposter
The rank for bull, hung male, or reposters. They can aim for our "Trusted Reposter or Bull" rank to gain access to verified rooms. This is a special protected rank, and you need a verified cuckold who vouches for you as a trustworthy person. He shares responsibility for your behavior. Trusted reposter have the same options as verified, see rank sheet below or on the right.

Verified hotwives / couples
The rank for real cuckold hotwives (female chatters) or couples. The female need to pose with our badge.

Verified bi-male / sissy
The bi-male /sissy rank is for single bi-male and single sissy individuals*. It allows them to showcase their status as either a bi-male or a sissy and provides them with their own pride verified room.

We do not permit regular solo heterosexual males to verify. Why? The answer is straightforward: Allowing every individual to verify would undermine the entire purpose of our pic owner/cuckold verification process. This is also why verified bi-males/sissies CANNOT enter the regular verified rooms, but besides that they enjoy the same benefits of the regular verified rank, see rank sheet below or on the right.

However... as a bull, hung male, or heterosexual male looking for cuckold hotwives, you can aim for our "Trusted Reposter or Bull" rank

Verify as Cuck / Hubby / Stag

Make sure your gender is set to "male" before starting. You cannot change gender after verification.

Step 1 — Select a recent pic of your wife/gf
Choose a high quality and recent pic of your wife or girlfriend.
- Send original size (small pics flag non-recent content)
- No screenshots of a pic — original file only
- No blurry or noisy pics
- Face is not mandatory, unless you also share pics with face in chat
- Nude/sexy only required if you also share nude/sexy content in chat
- Verification pics must match the type of content you share in chat
- No unclear spy shots or fake/distorted pics

Use the official 321cuckold badge. Add your chat name and today's date. Print it, write it by hand, or display it on a tablet.

Show the badge in the same room as seen in Step 1. This proves you have access to the room where the picture was taken, confirming you live there with her. The picture must be recent — we determine that based on quality.

Click "proceed" in the verification module in chat. Use the paperclip icon to attach your two pictures (the recent wife pic from Step 1, and the verification pic from Step 3). Your verification will be processed within 24 hours and you'll be notified via the bell icon.

Important conditions
- As verified pic owner (hubby) you can only post pictures of the wife you verified with.
- If you also repost for an online friend, clearly mention that. If you only repost, you need the Bull/Reposter rank instead.
- In times of AI and fakes: if we doubt authenticity, we may ask for a new verification. Don't be offended.
- Show the badge printed, on a tablet, or written by hand. No printed text papers.
- We reserve the right to ask for a new verification in future.

Common mistakes — avoid these
- Text written on the original pic
- Not the same room as in Step 1
- Showing badge only, not in the room
- No badge shown at all
- Using an old verification badge from another chat
- Male holding the badge himself without a wife pic
- Photoshop faked (instant ban)

Correct VS incorrect verifications

I'd like to emphasize the importance of carefully reading the verification rules and examples. In recent days, I've noticed several uploads without the required badge or old CC uploads with a thumbs up. Unfortunately, we cannot accept these submissions; we need to ensure that each verification is authentic and follows the 321 verification process. Again, I've received the message "I cannot print" a few times.

I don't want to come across as a stubborn guy, but we've provided extensive information, including guides, FAQs, video instructions, and examples It's emphasized everywhere that you can also write it out with paper and pencil. Also I've seen pictures of filled-in batches, but they're not shown in the same room as the wife.

When you initiate the verification process, we expect a valid one. Any invalid verifications will result in a ban.

While this may not sound very friendly; we don't want to spend our time on individuals who aren't willing to invest their own time in reading our rules and reviewing the examples.

How to become a trusted bull / reposter?

The "Trusted Reposter" rank is a protected rank. Verified users can vouch for someone to confirm they believe that person is trustworthy and respectful.

Step 1: Ask a verified hubby to vouch for you. They can find the "Vouch for Trusted Reposter" option in the left menu in chat. Make sure you are friends with them in chat first.

Step 2: Once we review and accept the vouch, you will be upgraded to Trusted Reposter within 24 hours and receive a blue checkmark.

Note: Your history must be clean. Vouches will be rejected if your record includes warnings or kicks.

Important for Verified Hubbies vouching: When you vouch for someone, you take full responsibility for their behavior. If they break the rules, you may face the same consequences — including warnings, kicks, or bans. All vouches are logged. Never vouch for random people.

Female chatter policy: protection when abuse of pics is expected.
